: (1) According to the prevailing law, the children who are accused of criminal acts should be prosecuted. If found, the investigation officer must submit a report along with the report to the relevant prosecutor in accordance with the prevailing law.
(2) If it is found that the case should be prosecuted with the missile including the investigation report submitted according to sub-rule 1), the relevant prosecutor shall register the charge sheet in the relevant juvenile court in accordance with the prevailing law.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the social study report should also be submitted when registering the charge sheet.
